Grateful

It's that time of year when we gather with family and friends to show how thankful and grateful we are to have them in our lives. Sharing cards of gratefulness need not be once a year! Here are two card examples that can be shared anytime of the year!

Using the build a flower coneflower and die set, I stamped the image in versamark and heat set with white embossing powder. I then watercolored with Altenew's 36 Pan Set using shades of cool summer night blues, yellows and greens. After the image was dry, it was die cut and arranged on top of a panel made with the dotted scales debossing cover die. I added the sentiment, also heat embossed with white embossing powder and attached to an A2 card base.

My second card uses Altenew's Canopy Leaf Set.

I continued using the same shades of cool summer night blues and coffee break, but added a touch of metallic water color on top of the leaf images.
